Our Society & Common Goals

To promote the study of the physical properties of mammalian skin and  adnexa in order to develop understanding of their structure and  function in  health and disease.

To develop further techniques and instruments, embodying sound  engineering principles for the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.

To promote development of instrumentation and standardized methods for measuring the properties of skin.
